We know that buying clothing online can be tricky so we try our best to be flexible with our returns policy. Read the below policy before making a return or exchange request.

Return Options

VOXY offers returns for (i) refunds, (ii) product exchanges and (iii) exchanges for store credits. 

Refund & Exchange Periods

Return and exchange requests can be made up until 14 calendar days from delivery, after this date returns and exchanges will not be accepted. 

Eligible Items

All items offered on the VOXY website (exclusive of sale items and mystery box bundles) are eligible for returns and full refunds providing the below Returns Terms & Conditions are met.

Sale items can only be returned for a product exchange or a store credit of the value originally paid.

Returns Terms & Conditions

VOXY will issue refunds less shipping costs, product exchanges and store credits in accordance with the terms below:

  • Products must have tags intact and be returned in original packaging.
  • Product must be unworn, without stain and unwashed. 
  • Worn products with general wear and tear cannot be returned as faulty.
  • We do not accept refund or exchange requests for products with visible makeup stains.
  • Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. Sale items can only be returned for a product exchange or store credit of the value paid. Store credits must be used in a one-time purchase.
  • The purchaser must return the item at their own cost, VOXY will not reimburse returns postage. In the case of an exchange the product will be shipped back out to the purchaser free of charge. 
  • Store credits cannot be used alongside additional discount codes and the entirety of the store credit must be used within one purchase.
  • The purchaser remains responsible for goods until they are returned to VOXY. It is for this reason that we advise returning goods via a tracked shipping service. If your returning goods are not successfully delivered to VOXY, VOXY will not provide a refund.

VOXY reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the above terms are not complied with. 

How long will it take for my refund, store credit or exchange to be processed? 

  • Allow up to 5 working days for us to approve your return request and provide information via email on returning your product.
  • Allow up to a further 5 working days from the time we receive the product for us to review your return & process your refund or exchange. VOXY will reject your return or exchange if the products returns do not comply with the above Returns Terms & Conditions.
  • Refunds may take up to 5 business days to be credited back to your original payment method.
