We’re here to help - we know that buying clothing online can be tricky so we try to be flexible with our returns policy. Return and exchange requests can be made up until 14 calendar days from delivery, after this date returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
All items offered on the VOXY website (exclusive of sale items and international orders) are eligible for return.
Products can be returned for a full refund, store credit or product exchange.
VOXY will issue refunds (less shipping costs), store credits and exchanges in accordance with the terms below:
- Products must have tags intact and be returned in original packaging.
- Product must be unworn, without stain and unwashed. We do not accept return or exchange requests for products which hold make-up stains.
- All sale items are final.
- All international orders (outside of the UK) are final.
- The purchaser must return the item at their own cost, in the case of an exchange the product will be shipped free of charge.
- If an item was purchased before it was on sale, the credit/refund issued back is for the current sale price
VOXY reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the above terms are not complied with.
How long will it take for my refund, store credit or exchange to be processed?
- Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your return & process your refund or exchange from the time we receive the product.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your original payment method.
