UK Shipping

Next Day Delivery - order before 4pm Monday - Friday

International Shipping
Standard International Shipping - Royal Mail Tracked Service
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address you ordered with containing your tracking link. Once your order reaches its country of destination your parcel will be handed over to your local customs and/or delivery service for final delivery.
VOXY ships its products globally from the UK. Most countries outside of the UK are not charged import tax; some however are, for example EU countries. This tax is at the discretion of your local jurisdiction and is not charged by VOXY. VOXY has no control over any import taxes that you may be subject to and/or how much these charges may be and VOXY will not reimburse any such costs. You as the customer are responsible for checking such taxes on your local government website.

Despatch Times
Orders are despatched Monday - Friday ("Despatch Day(s)").
Standard Shipping Despatch Times - we endeavour to despatch all orders placed before 4pm BST, Monday - Friday on the same working day.
Next Day Delivery Despatch Times - orders placed before 4pm BST, Monday - Friday will be despatched on the same working day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a UK Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next available Despatch Day.
Sales & New Drops - If you have ordered during a new release or a site-wide sale, please allow our team 5 working days to despatch your order.
Delays - Some shipping delays are unavoidable due to unforeseeable events such as delivery service strikes, delays and backlogs. VOXY is not able to refund postage costs for delayed deliveries unless the delay was caused by VOXY or within VOXYs control.
Delivery Times
The below delivery times are estimates from the date of despatch. VOXY cannot reimburse shipping costs where delayed delivery is out of VOXYs control.
UK Standard: 1-3 working days from despatch
UK Next Day: 1 day from despatch if ordered before 4pm Monday - Friday
Europe: 5-7 working days from despatch (custom charges may apply)
USA/Canada: 5-7 working days from despatch
Australia/NZ: 10-12 working days from despatch
Rest of World: 12-14 working days from despatch
Delivery times do not include customs clearance delays which are out of VOXYs control.
